Put 3 spoons of oatmeal in a bowl and add one bottle of milk. Stir well and microwave on high for 60 seconds.
Add the oatmeal yogurt to the bowl and stir well. Top with 3 spoons corn flakes and 1 spoon black beans.
Whisk 10 g matcha into 10 cc hot water. Add sugar to taste. Add one bottle of milk and stir well. If you prefer a hot drink, microwave it on high for 30 seconds.
